Well i must say that i admire your determination to settle in Italy. I don’t want to put a damper on your dreams but it seems you’re looking at Italy through rose tinted spectacles! It’s pretty hard to survive day to day over here. Everything from general utilities to food shopping is expensive. The average wage is one of the lowest in Europe where as the taxes are the highest. There’s alot of mind numbing bureaucracy to contend with, that will have you pulling your hair out.
