I have two fixed male cats ages 9 &7 yrs.  They are indoor/outdoor and have their favorite places in the house.  Also, have a dog that gets along with them.
Recently had a 5 mo. old stray Siamese kitten move in.  She uses the litter box in the basement just fine but also sometimes-pees sometimes poops on my daughter’s bed.  We had her fixed in hopes that this problem would stop.  We have taken to keeping bedroom doors closed and then yesterday, I caught her peeing on the bathroom rug.  Also, she has seen the other cats go outside and watches through the window but she hasn’t attempted to try it herself.  She is friends with the dog but the other cats tolerate her as long as she doesn’t keep playing with their tails.

She also has her own toys and bed box.  However, humans and animals alike are tired of closed doors blocking them in or out of their favorite spots.  She is very affectionate and loveable but is on probation unless we can get a handle on this problem.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it’s much better if you gave your kitten some time to let herself learn and be trained. Just be patient with the process. Sooner or later it will adapt to the right process..
