Problems with Feline Pine Litter Box Company

Hello everyone!

I had purchased the feline pine litter box from the website however my cat did not like feline pine after it was fully changed over.  I attempted to return the feline pine litter box (unused I only opened the box) and the company has only refunded me $19.95 of the $29.95 purchase price. Has anyone had this problem? How do I get the remaining $10.00 back?

The $10 was shipping costs and most generally that is not refunded.  I got the Feline Pine Litter box website up and it shows the litter box is $19.99 with a $10 shipping charge. The company’s return policy is below with the information bolded:

RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and refund process. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, resalable condition inside its original packaging. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the litter box and we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. The original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

^he’s already said everything. It’s company policy. Before you buy any item be sure to check to return policy to be sure.
