I’ve been fostering rescued animals (mostly cats but also dogs, and birds and some wildlife) for 4 years now.  I’ve learned a lot over the years and my favorite part is taking care of kittens, esp bottle babies, and helping cats develop/recover emotionally.
I really put a lot of emphasis on quality of life and emotional health, but I do TNR and help people learn to manage feral cat colonies when I can. (not my favorite job b/c so many aspects of the problem really depresses me, but we have to do it or who will?)
